Ticket Policies
Handling
There is a $6.00 service charge on all orders. No handling fee will be charged for exchanges.
Tickets will be mailed if time permits; otherwise, they will be held for pick up at the box office until show time.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange your tickets for another performance by fax, mail, or in person at least 48 hours before the performance. Simply mark void across your tickets. We require the old tickets returned to the box office in order to pick up your new tickets. Ticket exchanges will be accepted between the hours of 10 am -12 noon daily,
Note to subscribers: Single ticket price will be charged for any selected performance outside of your existing subscription level.
Privacy Policy
If you would prefer not to receive correspondence from us, please contact the box office and request your name be removed from our mailing lists.
Refunds
Lighthouse Festival Theatre does not issue refunds.
If we are forced to cancel your scheduled performance, we will happily exchange your tickets or provide you with a credit.
The theatre will issue a tax receipt for the value of the unused tickets if they are returned to the Box Office no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled performance.
Children
Tickets must be purchased for any child attending a performance. Babes in arms are not permitted in the auditorium.
